 We’ve made the process easy for you. This can be done either on the website or on the mobile app (available both for Android and iOs). See the steps below:

  1. Search for a destination, or use the filters to see the available options
  2. Once you found the yacht, click on “Book Now”
  3. Confirm the booking dates in the "Booking Details" page and then click on "Book Now"
  4. You then get directed to the payment. For multi day charters, the payment can only be completed through bank transfer. See here the cancellation and refunds policy
  5. Once done, you will receive a confirmation email and your payment invoice
  6. Before your trip date, you will also receive a menu preferences questionnaire (for food allergies, etc)
  7. All set! The captain and the crew will be waiting for you on the agreed date and time

Your full payment including APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), taxes and fees needs to be paid at the time of the booking. Payments are made via bank transfer. You can find more details about the payment, cancellations and refunds in our Terms and Conditions.

At Mystique Yachts we take your privacy very seriously and no bank information is stored in our system. Hence no sensitive payment details are available to us and/or any of our employees. Our trusted and reputable bank partners are handling all the credit card information in the most secure manner and in compliance with the strictest PCI requirements.

It is an industry standard that when you book a 7-day charter, only a 6-day rate is charged, and the 7th day is provided to the customer complimentary. Similar logic applies if the customer charters for 2 weeks. In this case a 12-day rate is getting charged.This practice is upon the yacht owner’s and manager’s discretion and might not be applied in some cases.

The 30% APA is an industry standard for any multi-day term charters. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is collected from the client and passed on to the captain and crew to provision the yacht per the client’s specifications and also used as an allowance to pay for any berthing fees and fuel incurred during the course of the charter.If there are any funds remaining in the APA upon disembarkation, the remaining amount can be returned to the client, or the client can pay the remaining funds towards the crew gratuity.

On top of the base charter price and APA (link to what does APA mean), fees such as VAT(Tax), local taxes, bank transactions, and admin fees might be charged.

The yacht’s chef and interior team will purchase all provisions for the yacht. You will receive a menu preference questionnaire before the charter date to inform the crew about your preferences. The APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an advance payment included in the charges that will cover the menu, fuel, dockage, etc.

We guarantee you will not get bored on a superyacht. Beyond the obvious swimming, relaxing and enjoying the vistas, you can occupy yourself and your guests with an extensive list of amenities, including gym, spa and wellness, cinema, water jets and toys, food and wine tasting.

Helipad is also available in many of the yachts. You can check the specifications on the yacht page and reach out to us in case you have any questions.

We want your experience to be stress-free and we take care of everything that is being required. You can bring extra supplies with you. Our team is also happy to assist you with any questions.

If you’re visiting any location outside of your home country, remember to bring your passport and visas (if required).

In many cases shoes aren’t allowed when you’re aboard. This is to ensure that the boat facilities remain well maintained and to avoid any damage. Some yachts do allow boat shoes on board, provided they are brand-new and are only worn during the charter.

Most yachts have a cruising capacity of no more than 12 guests and this is based on the local coast guards law.

If you have more than 12 guests, please reach out to our team so we can assist you in finding a yacht that can facilitate a bigger number or discuss other options.

There is no age limit. The sea-loving experience is open to everyone and can be particularly enjoyable for the younger family members. Children and elderly can be brought aboard the yacht provided they/or someone else can take care of them and their safety.

If you wish to bring your pet with you, please reach out to our team and we can determine how to best facilitate this request in line with the yacht policy.

Although not mandatory, it is customary to leave a gratuity for the work of the crew and the captain at the end of a charter. The recommended amount is around 15% of the charter fee. The captain will make sure any additional tips are split accordingly with the crew.

In general, smoking is not permitted inside most yachts, and is strictly forbidden in any cabins or staterooms. Usually yachts will have a designated smoking area on the deck or flybridge. Please contact us in case you want to confirm and speak to your captain on the day of the trip to double check.

Mystique Yachts does not offer advice about insurance or compliance with regulations and requirements as these vary by location. This responsibility and decision stays with you as a customer, however you are encouraged to have personal travel insurance which might cover you in the event of accidents, trip cancellations, etc. You can review the liability and insurance clause under Terms and Conditions for additional information. When you meet the captain on the day of the charter, you spend some time discussing the best route and what you’d like to visit. The captain will be able to recommend some options based on the weather, location and your personal preferences. You can reach out to our team in advance in case you want to discuss your itinerary further.

You need to discuss any route amendments with the captain, as they are best positioned to determine the feasibility of the request and recommend options.

If you decide to stay longer, this needs to be communicated to your charter specialist and agreed with the captain.

All yachts come with a crew of experts that can facilitate your requests aboard the yacht and make your journey pleasant.

All members are trained in First Aid and CPR. There are also crew members (eg. captains) with advanced medical training.Yachts also carry a vast array of lifesaving equipment and many have telemedicine contracts that connect them to doctors ashore.

Almost all yachts offer Wi-Fi. Reach out to our team in case you wish to confirm this in advance. As for mobile phone service, your service provider will need to confirm if they cover the cruising destination.

Numerous events can be accommodated in a superyacht. This includes corporate business events, wedding proposals and receptions, birthday and retirement celebrations and many more. Mystique Yachts is embracing the mindset that any events happening on shore can also be accommodated on sea.
